To access the general open access chat space- Rose Room - Click on button or link below to login.

You do not need a password - just type in your name.

Some Workshop spaces are password protected. These 4 chat spaces are for participants to have private discussions and relate to different sections of the window. They have the same names as their Workshop Gallery album:

Archetypes
Heroines
Women's Work 1
Womens Work 2

If your group chat room is password protected you will be sent a password for access.

To join chose a section from the Panels & Participants page. Email the Editor if you want to participate with your personal details - name, address and background. You will be sent a password and login so you can send images of your work to the Workshop Gallery.

Workshop Galleries

Personal Album To access your personal album go to the Workshop Gallery page and login in the top righthand corner with your username and password. You will go directly to your personal album. Images can be reordered, captions and descriptions can changed in your album from the list of actions given on the left hand side of the album page. Artists are requested to put in a photo of themselves and highlight it as a cover.

AFTER log in you can LINK link your design images in the personal album to the workshop album by chosing link and then, scrool down and chose the workshop album in which you are working.

Workshop Album Add designs in progress and comments to your chosen workshop album. You can change your captions and descriptions by using Edit Photo from under your image.

Image Size Large images will take a long time to upload if you do not have broadband. Save images as no more than 1000pixels by 800pixels in 72dpi jpg format.

Comments Registered users have rights to make comments in all the albums. These can be can be read by everyone.
